About Me
My name is Andrea Goral (nee Vandenberg), and I have obtained my 'Member' Teacher's Membership (May 2014) and 'Associate' Teacher’s Membership (2000) with the British Association of Teacher’s of Dancing (BATD).
I come from a family of Highland Dancers, as well as Dance Teachers; my mother, Maya Vandenberg (Duart-Dillon School of Highland Dancing in Nepean); my sister, Kelly Wirvin (nee Vandenberg); my aunt, Sharon Casey (Casey School of Highland Dancing in Georgetown); and my cousin Laura Kennery (nee Casey).

Andrea is a member of the OHDA (Ottawa Highland Dancing Association), serving as Web Master & Publicity Convenor.
My Past Experiences
I have taught under the direction of my mother and my aunt. I also created the Laurentian University Pipe Band Highland Dance Team (2007/2008); in which I directed, instructed, and danced under the LUPB Dance Team.
Beginning the Summer of 2007 until Spring of 2011, I danced professionally with the RCMP Pipe Band’s Highland Dance Team.
